Creating a Project Plan:
A manager can create a project plan very easily using a wizard. He can select from a list of project templates so that a basic framework of tasks is created for him.
Projistics interfaces with Microsoft Project and the manager uses Microsoft Project to create plans. The manager can export team member and other module data, that the wizard has helped create, to a Microsoft Project file, create the plan in Microsoft Project, and then import the plan back into
Projistics.
