The project status can be seen through a number of different parameters, including percentage completion of tasks calculated through timesheets and status reports filled in by the team members and approved by the Project Manager. The drill down feature can take the user to any level of detail. Overdue tasks and deliverables are flagged and tasks in the plan are color coded by status.
Unresolved change requests, bugs, issues, possible risks can be viewed on a consolidated project status page.
