through the use of a document center, knowledgebase,
and discussion boards. The calendar can be
used to check people’s availability and to
schedule meetings.
Documents
and knowledgebase articles can be routed for
approval. Email notifications inform team
members about documents pending approval.
Documents can be assigned to a category, with
the category having a role-based routing approval
procedure set.
