Security
Each item in Projistics is controlled by a security ACL. The project owner or administrator can define permissions for a user, a user group, or for a role in the project. A user can only see projects where he/she has been assigned a role. Each document in the project can be individually assigned permissions. Sensitive items can be assigned with an approval routing process before being posted and made available to others.
Delegated Administration
Projistics allows each project manager to own and administer his/her own project, thus eliminating the overhead of having a dedicated administrator for managing the system. The project owner can choose what project lifecycle steps are relevant to the project, what fields should be included in which module and which users are allowed to see what.
